职位目的: Represent the school both personably and professionally. 作为初始接触点, personify the school’s mission in voice and in personal communication. Maintain accurate attendance records and fair attendance policies. Assist in the processing and maintenance of accurate student academic records in a timely manner.

- Warmly greet and provide assistance to students, staff, parents, and school guests
- Professionally manage incoming phone calls, providing school information
- Provide a diplomatic layer of protection from walk-in meetings with administration

- Maintain the attendance phone line and the sign in/out board
- Monitor student attendance each period and taking appropriate action if a student is missing
- Maintain student vehicle registration and school parking permits
- Organize and manage year-end physical files (seniors)
- Maintain pre-participation athletic physicals
- Organize and maintain inventory of office and classroom supplies
